This portfolio takes a slightly less defensive approach to building capital growth than the Premier Capital Builder Portfolio, providing access to a diversified portfolio which may include fixed interest
investments, zero dividend preference shares, synthetic zeros and lower risk structured products. Investments are made with the objective of obtaining greater potential returns than cash deposits but with a lower level of risk than you would normally associate with investing in equity markets.

This portfolio might appeal to the cautious investor looking for a strategy which has the potential for gradual capital growth over the short to medium term but with less emphasis on capital preservation than the Premier Capital Builder Portfolio.
